You have the luxury of deciding what photo(s), wording and colors you
want for your annoucements. Because these are custom made, I need at least
2-3 weeks to complete them.
*The
Portrait Session fee is non-refundable and is due at the time of the consultation
meeting to reserve your appointment time. If for some reason you can’t
make the appt. your session fee will be applied to your rescheduled session.
*In the Light Photography recommends a consultation meeting to find out
your expectations, ideas and get to know you and/or your family better.
We will go over different portrait styles and decide where the session
will take place. The meeting can take place over the phone but I do prefer
to come to your home (or where the photo session will take place) to meet
your family and if older children are involved I’d like to get to
know them. This is to make everyone feel more comfortable at the time
of the session in hope of a pleasant and memorable time! If the photo
session will take place out of your home, I’d like to come before
the scheduled session to have a look around for the best lighting possible,
I can also do this at the consultation meeting. Some moving of furniture
may have to occur in order to make light more available as well as to
reduce background images.
*All
prices are subject to change without notice.
*Please
allow 2 - 4 weeks for proofs to be online after your photo session and
allow 2 weeks for delivery. Images will be posted on a password protected
online gallery for your viewing. Passwords may be given out to family
and friends at your discretion.
*Refer
a friend and receive a complimentary 8x10 of your choice.
*Because there is a $150 minimum purchase you may choose which photos
and sizes you would like.
*Under normal circumsatnces In the Light Photography will not give proofs
on CD (high or low resolution). The only exception to this is for the
volunteer work we do for non profit organizations. We do plan on having
a DVD set to music with your proofs in the near future, please check back
for that new addition!
